About Breckenridge
Discover your slice of the mountain.
In the heart of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, the Town of Breckenridge reigns as a modern skiing mecca and an all-season outdoor wonderland. Today, our victorian Main Street buzzes with activity, day and night. Miles of mountain bike trails follow historic mine flumes and gold medal fly fishing rivers never run dry. Millions of vacationers return year after year for our 350 average inches of powder, our majestic alpine setting and our quirky local spirit.
Breckenridge Ski Resort is one of the largest, most popular ski resorts in North America. For over 50 years Breckenridge has provided a world-class ski and snowboard experience. In the summer, the Epic Discovery park is conveniently located at the base of Peak 8 and includes a host of family-friendly activities such as mini golf, zipline, alpine slide, roller coaster, jumping castle, maze, mine shaft, trampolines, and mountain biking, making it a true alpine playground.
